CUSTOMER-TAILORED PRODUCTION

Electroshield-C° manufactures products with parameters specified by the Customer, which provides a number of advantages if compared to other manufacturers.

The Customer receives the exact product they need.

Each product passes several stages controlled by an automated control system implemented at our facility and accompanied with an individual flowchart.

1. A transformer computing model prepared based on the required parameters and characteristics with a special computing program and compared to physical capability of production.

 
2. Materials and complete set selected based on results of the computation.  
3. Each stage the product passes through the production areas registered in a flowchart, results of the in-process and final control are also registered there.  

Such approach to serial production enables us to manufacture transformers with identical characteristics both for the first order and when spare parts and accessories or replacement after several years with the same kind of transformers are needed, and to complete an order requiring individual design with non-standard set of characteristics.

Non-standard parameters for individual design systems:

А) Rated measurement error from 0.1% up to 200% of rated current with accuracy class of 0,2S.

B) Any combination of accuracy class (up to 0.2S) and burden (from 1 VA and higher)

C) High thermal resistance: 40 kA starting with the rated current of 100 А.

D) Current transformers with 5 secondary windings.

E) Primary current switching over by exactly a half (for example 150 А and 300 А).

F) Different transformation ratios on measuring and protection windings;

G) Different taps on the secondary circuit for objects with planned capacity variations.

H) Combination of various values of instrument security factors and accuracy limit factor.

I) Specified error curve within GOST.
